Xerox Brings Document Management to SMBs
Monday, August 25, 2008
By bMighty.com Staff
Xerox has launched DocuShare Express, a lower-priced version of its DocuShare content management software for small and midsize businesses.
Aimed at businesses with between 100 and 2,000 workers, DocuShare Express uses Web-based folders to manage scanned documents, digital office files, e-mails, and other content. The software enables scanning documents right into the correct folders using special cover sheets, and an Extensible Interface Platform connector feature lets users move scanned documents from Xerox multifunction printers into DocuShare Express.
Available only for Windows, DocuShare Express pricing starts at $1,800 for 10 users and 10 read-only seats.
